Terms and Conditions
By submitting an order, you declare that the homeowner has approved the sign to be placed on the property and is aware we are coming. You also accept and understand that we charge a $10 service fee should we need to return to a property due to an issue that was not related to our initial installation.
Usage Rights
Sign posts are property of Realty Sign Services, LLC and are rented on a 4-month basis. An additional fee of $35.00 will be charged monthly as the post is needed.
Cancellations
There is no fee for early cancellations, however, once the post is set the full fee is owed regardless of time it is set.
Payment
Payment is required at time of order placement. All payments are processed through the website via a secure connection with Paypal or major credit card.
Service Area
Realty Sign Services, LLC services the West Valley of the Phoenix metro area. Smart Sign Setting reserves the right to add travel charges for locations outside of the service area at discretion of owner. If there are questions, please contact us directly to discuss.
